The Business Hi-Lite is distributed to Border Kei Chamber of Business Members, Port Elizabeth Regional Chamber of Business members, over 700 targeted key businesses who do not fall into the above mentioned categories and of course most importantly to senior managers at Buffalo City and Amathole District Municipalities. In addition we send it to the senior managers in the provincial Government in Bisho as well.
The Business Hi-Lite Circulation:
2 700 (1000 distributed by Border Kei Chamber, 700 distributed to local businesses and government in the Border Kei Region, 1000 distributed to PE chamber)
The Business Hi-Lite Readership:
As each magazine is read by more than one person, Business Hi-Lite has a potential readership of about 25,000 people consisting of business decision makers, Government, MDs, Directors and emerging entrepreneurs.

In addition The Business HiLite goes to all senior managers in local government and The Eastern Cape Provincial Government. These organisations have an annual budget of about R80 billion annually.
A further thousand copies go to the members of the Port Elizabeth Regional Chamber of Commerce (PERCCI).
